The Minnesota State Auctioneers Association represents auctioneers from Minnesota, surrounding states, and Canada. The association’s members receive top notch education, professional networking, and resources that make them leaders in the auction industry. Education is a cornerstone of our association. Members interact and share knowledge on the auction industry, and to stay abreast of the continual changes through professional networking. Alliance Bid is an award winning member of this association, and auctioneer, Rick Berens is a former MSAA president.

The NAR works on behalf of America’s property owners with a purpose of preserving the free enterprise system, and the right to own, uses, and transfer real property. They are acknowledged as a leader in standards for effective, efficient, and ethical real estate business practices. Members are continually required to complete educational courses to remain on the forefront of the industry. As a member Alliance Bid is educated, and continues to educate ourselves in providing our clients the highest standards in the transactions of real property.
The National Council of Exchangors national nonprofit organization of client-centered real estate agents are trained to achieve client's real estate investment goals, solve real estate problems, take advantage of real estate opportunities. NCE members bear the designation of Equity Marketing Specialist or "EMS" after achieving a high level of education in real estate marketing, real estate counseling, real estate taxation, real estate financing, real estate management, and real estate exchange as determined by the National Council of Exchangors. Often, EMS real estate brokers can help clients achieve a tax-free exchange of real property through the tax deferral provisions of Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. Alliance Bid’s, Rick Berens and Michelle Weinzetl are both NCE members with the EMS designation.
